At the heart of the extensive 16th-century historic site is the mill building with working mill technology, which is unique due to the composition of the mill with grinding stones. The completely reconstructed mill technology now has a restored transmission system for transferring power from the water wheel to the machines on the farmstead. Worthy of note are the 2.72 km long millrace and the stone cold store in the millrace, which houses a wooden mill wheel with a diameter of 3.60 m. The mill’s interiors are adapted in their appearance and function to the 1920s. You will find the mill in Loučky in the Oder Mountains (Oderské vrchy).
Since 2005, the mill has been owned by Mr and Mrs Král, who are related to the Wesselsky family and who have gradually been restoring and preserving the dilapidated mill. And they are also being helped by Bochemit, currently with the renovation of the 80-year-old barn.
